Scroll to Explore Visit Website Overview An introduction Large enterprises often struggle with information accessibility. Employees spend significant time searching through multiple systems, internal portals, policy documents, and knowledge repositories to find answers to routine workplace questions. To simplify information access across its campus, Amazon introduced AskAlexa — an innovative voice-enabled solution powered by Alexa technology. Strategically placed Alexa kiosks allowed employees to instantly access information related to HR policies, workplace procedures, facilities, employee services, and company culture through simple voice interactions. Our team was engaged to develop the campaign concept, communication strategy, and creative design system that would drive awareness, adoption, and engagement among employees. An introduction The Challenge While the technology itself offered a powerful employee experience, success depended on employee adoption. The key challenges included: • Introducing a completely new workplace interaction model. • Educating employees on the capabilities of AskAlexa. • Encouraging employees to change existing information-seeking behaviors. • Creating excitement and curiosity around voice-enabled workplace assistance. • Ensuring consistent communication across multiple campus locations. The campaign needed to transform AskAlexa from a new technology deployment into a trusted everyday workplace tool. Objectives What the new digital presence needed to achieve from day one. Increase Awareness Ensure employees understood what AskAlexa was, where kiosks were located, and how they could benefit from using the service. Drive Adoption Encourage employees to actively engage with AskAlexa for everyday workplace questions.
